01AGREEING TO THESE TERMS

These terms are an agreement between you and Wen Sehran Tonight (“Wen Sehran”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you use wensehran.com, register, request ticket access, message our WhatsApp number or use the business portal. By using any of these you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Wen Sehran.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and our Rules and protection page explains how our brand and content may be used. Both form part of these terms.

02WHO CAN USE WEN SEHRAN

Wen Sehran is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18. Some events set a higher minimum age, such as 19 or 20, which we show before ticket access; by continuing you confirm you meet it. Venues and organizers can check identification at the door and refuse entry, and the age rules of the country where the event takes place always apply.

03WHAT WEN SEHRAN IS

Wen Sehran is a free guide to nightlife, concerts, clubs and events in Lebanon and the region, with a blog, promotions, a services directory, a cocktail of the day and daily updates. Event information comes from venues, organizers, ticketing partners and public sources, and it can change at any time. Always confirm the date, time, place, price and entry conditions with the venue, organizer or ticketing website before you go.

Listings for a night stay up until 06:00 Beirut time the next morning, then leave the site.

Using Wen Sehran is free. We do not take payments from visitors.

04TICKETS, BOOKINGS AND VENUES

Wen Sehran does not sell tickets, take reservations or run events. Ticket, booking, WhatsApp and phone buttons take you to the ticketing website, venue or organizer. Your purchase or booking is an agreement between you and them, under their terms, including prices, refunds, cancellations, dress codes, minimum spend and the right to refuse entry. Questions about a ticket or a refund should go to the seller.

For some featured events we ask for your name and phone number before showing the ticket link. This request is not a ticket, a reservation or a guarantee of entry. The venue or organizer of that event may see your request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

05INVITATIONS AND PROMOTIONS

Registered visitors may have a chance at free invitations or tickets, and you can request to join the Wen Sehran invitations group. Requests are reviewed before access is confirmed. Sending a request or registering does not guarantee an invitation, a ticket or entry, and invitations have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless we say so. Venues and organizers may set their own conditions for invitations and promotions. Each giveaway states its own rules, how winners are chosen and how they are announced, where it is posted.

06WHATSAPP MESSAGES

When you register or request ticket access, you agree that we may contact you on WhatsApp about that event and similar events, invitations and offers. You can stop at any time by replying STOP. Normal WhatsApp and data charges from your mobile operator may apply. WhatsApp is a service of Meta and its own terms apply to your use of it.

When you message us, please be respectful. We may stop replying to, or block, anyone who sends abusive, threatening or unlawful messages.

07USING THE SITE PROPERLY

You agree to give true and current details about yourself, and to use only your own name and phone number. You agree not to:

• register or request tickets for someone else without their permission, or give a false age;
• send false complaints, fake proof or content that is unlawful, hateful, threatening or that invades someone’s privacy;
• copy, scrape, harvest or republish our event listings, articles, images or databases, by automated means or otherwise, without written permission;
• try to get into areas that are not public, test our security, overload the site or interfere with how it works;
• present yourself, a page, an account or an offer as Wen Sehran or as connected to Wen Sehran without permission;
• use Wen Sehran in a way that breaks any law.

08COMPLAINTS

The complaints page helps you send us a complaint about a night out through your own WhatsApp. Complaints are not posted publicly. Please be honest and accurate, include only proof you have the right to share, and do not include payment card details. Wen Sehran is not a court or a consumer authority: we read every complaint and may raise it with the venue, but we cannot promise any particular outcome or refund.

09BUSINESS ACCOUNTS

Venues, organizers and partners may be invited to a Wen Sehran business account. If you use one, you also agree that:

• you are authorised to act for the business, and you keep your password private and tell us at once if your account may have been used by someone else;
• information you add, such as events, menus and photos, is accurate, lawful and yours to share, and you allow us to publish it on Wen Sehran;
• event changes you save are drafts until Wen Sehran approves them;
• you use visitor details shown in your account (such as names and phone numbers of people who asked for ticket access) only to handle those people’s requests for your events, you keep them secure, you do not sell or pass them to anyone else, and you respect any request to stop contacting them;
• we may change your permissions or close the account at any time, for example if these terms are not respected.

Paid advertising and partnerships are agreed separately in writing.

10SERVICES DIRECTORY

The Services pages list businesses that serve nightlife and events. Listings are based on information from the businesses themselves. A listing is not an endorsement or a guarantee, and any agreement you make with a listed business is between you and that business.

11EVENT SEARCH ASSISTANT

The event search uses an AI model to understand your question and then shows matching events from our listings. It can misunderstand a question or miss an event. Check the event details before you rely on them.

12OUR CONTENT AND BRAND

The Wen Sehran name, logo, design, articles, graphics, videos, event collections and databases belong to Wen Sehran or to the people who licensed them to us. Wen Sehran states that the WEN SEHRAN name and trade identity are registered under Trade Name and Trademark ID 202518. You may share links to public Wen Sehran pages. Any other use needs our written permission. See Rules and protection for details.

Event posters, artist names and venue names belong to their owners and are shown to inform you about their events.

13THIRD PARTY WEBSITES AND PLATFORMS

Wen Sehran links to and publishes on services run by others, including ticketing websites, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Maps and Google Calendar. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. When you use them, their own terms and privacy policies apply, for example the YouTube Terms of Service and the TikTok Terms of Service. Wen Sehran content you watch on those platforms is published from accounts Wen Sehran owns.

14DISCLAIMERS

Wen Sehran is provided free and “as is”. We work hard to keep listings accurate and the site available, but we do not promise that information is complete, current or free of errors, that an event will take place as listed, or that the site will always be available or free of faults. Nightlife involves risks such as alcohol, crowds, late hours and travel; please look after yourself and others, and never drink and drive. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded.

15LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent the law allows, Wen Sehran is not liable for any loss or harm arising from events, venues, organizers, ticketing websites or other third parties, including cancelled or changed events, refused entry, ticket problems or anything that happens at an event, or for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost opportunities. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, where the law does not allow it.

You are responsible for any loss caused to Wen Sehran by your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

16CHANGES AND SUSPENSION

We may change, pause or stop any part of Wen Sehran at any time. We may update these terms; the new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page, and continuing to use Wen Sehran after that means you accept it. We may block access, remove content or close accounts for anyone who breaks these terms.

17GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut will deal with any dispute, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to solve the issue together. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
